3 ~ 5 days for Residential projects and 7 ~ 10 days for commercial projects. Expedited processing is available upon request.
Total time varies per project, but it typically takes 2 ~ 5 hours for residential projects and 4 ~ 8 hours for commercial projects. Larger projects such as resorts, schools, etc can take multiple days to shoot. It also depends on whether it’s a virtual tour, property photography, or aerial photograhy services.
Simple, make sure the property is clean, each shot location is vacant, and all lights are on.
While our rates remain the same, the total price depends on the size and complexity of your project. 
We can ususally schedule resedential projects within a week. Commercial projects usually can be schedules 1-2 weeks out. Traveling shoots require about 3 weeks lead time for best travel costs.
We don’t charge anything for travel within a 30 Kilometers radius of the shoot. Anything.
We only bill for travel reimbursements, which we pay for up front and find the best possible rates. Usually those costs include airfare and in some cases lodging and ground transportation depending on the length of stay and complexity of the project.
We do not invoice you until after the shoot is complete and the total images are recorded, usually the following day. We ask that payment is received before delivery of final virtual tour and high resolution still images. Your tour will remain in sample mode and photos in low res with watermarks until payment is received.

Only custom floor plans, custom buttons, and custom audio are extra and vary slightly depending on complexity. But all other add-ons are free for Virtual Tours.
Yes, once full payment is processed, you own the 360° Virtual Tour and it’s yours to use however you please.
We email you a web link for the virtual tour that you can embed into your website, social media, newsletters, press releases, and so much more!
Zero megabytes. We host the tour on our servers so the 360° Tour doesn’t take up any space on your computer or device.

The virtual tour link acts the same as a youtube link, you simply have your web developer copy and paste the link into your web pages just like they would a video and it’s ready to go. We can even provide the special code for embedding the 360° tour to play live within your site.
